Samurai Mode (Holo Arm on OS Use)

What is it:

• []Using Berserk, Overclock, or a Sandevistan now materializes a holographic version of Johnny's iconic left arm as long as you are in that mode. Chrome Compressor has the arm always equipped.

  When does it become available:

  • []After you complete the first post heist quest "Playing for Time" and Johnny changes his disposition toward you. You can view it as him giving you access to his "power" if you want an RP reason.

    Why did you make this:

    • []Because it is cool. Now, it is almost as if your are borrowing Johnny's power whenever you use any of the Operating System cyberware.

      Any compatibility issues:

      • []Not that I can tell. I went the extra mile to make sure it would work even with mods that mess around in the same parts of the code.

        Mods you recommend using with this:

        • []Remove Sandevistan - Berserk: Removes these screen effects since the presence of the arm tells you if they are active or no.

          []Overclock effect with less eye pain: Not really needed as much since the overclock effect is less egregious than the other two effects.

          Any Issues:

          • []Yeah, a minor one: after enabling your OS effect, but before doing any action that changes the state of your hands, the holographic effect is not all the way present.

            []The effect does not play well with mantis blades, so switching to them will remove the effect, but only while mantis blades are your active weapon. Swapping to anything other weapon brings them right back.

            Installation

            • []Copy/extract the contents of the archive into the main "Cyberpunk 2077" folder.

            Un-installation
            • []Remove the "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\SamuraiMode" folder and all its content.
