Adds a place to change your clothes and wardrobe interactions in the vanilla ripperdoc locations.
Adds accessibility to the wardrobe at the ripperdoc locations in Night City, allowing for easy and quick switching of outfits before and after cyberware operations. Some ripperdocs will have a table to place clothes and others will have a locker.

Works in game version 2. 31 and Phantom Liberty is required
