Disclaimer:
Not all modifications will show accurately in-game due to how it collects information to display in the inventory. I think one or two mods shows incorrect values. All values/effects/mods have been tested to ensure the negative effect is removed.I don't like modifications that have a negative and a positive effect. So I've gone ahead and removed all the negative effects from the ranged weapon mods.
