Redesigned look for Project E3 UI that doesn't look like it was made in 2018 ; )

Improves Weapon Loadouts, Quickhack Loadouts and Equipment-EX compatibility with Project E3 UI menu layout.

Has the same features as my Project E3 UI - RESTORED input Hints - Equipment-EX mod, but also includes new additions to improving the look of Project E3 UI inventory menu.

Optional HUDPainter Preset for that full REVamped look I know you'll love!

Took me a while to get this made I was struggling with figuring out how to reposition those UI elements by script. BIG thanks to @Pacings for HUDitor where I figured out how to use the inkUITransform translate to reposition those by looking into his code. Probably would've never figured it out without it.

Makes the hidden input hints at the bottom of certain menus visible again while using Project E3 - UI
