Quick mod I made that keeps proficiency levels to the current attribute level.
Body (Strength) Level: 14
This mod will set the proficiency levels of "Athletics", "Annihilation", and "Street Brawler" to level 14 as well.
Note: Once you load a game all of your proficiency levels will be synced to your current attribute level. If you save your game when this happens, then yes it's permanent.... Figured this was common sense. Once the mod is uninstalled it will no longer effect older or new game saves, that's impossible unless you didn't uninstall the mod correctly.
If you want to reset your proficiency levels, you can run this command via the CET console: Game. SetLevel("Athletics", 1)
