To make those work you obviously need a mod that adds a Erect Penis mesh,

for best results i personally recommend Naughty Wishes - Genitalia Collection the piercings where made with this mod inmind (the piercing support all angles of the penis meshes that come with the mod). make sure you down the normal (for bigger) or the smaller version depending on what you use.

as an alternative you can also use Mr. Stud XL Edition

You also need EquipmentEX so you can equip the piercing alongside the Penis. currently this mod only works for mascV.

Install:

1. Install Required Mods

2. (Optional) get my Virtual Atelier

3. Drag and Drop Files from the zip Into Your Cyberpunk 2077 Folder

Uninstall:

1. Remove Files from the Cyberpunk 2077 Folder
