Extract the .rar and put the .archive file inside these folders. If the "mod" folder doesn't exist, create it yourself!

Uninstall:
Delete the basegame_mod_PM_Pose_TheRocker.archive from Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod.
Notes:
- The pose breaks all other "Idle" poses.
- Meant for masV but it works for femV as well, it will just look a bit off.
- Tested on game version 1. 21
