exposed brick, small cozy apartment perfect for a rockerboy/girl/they/them. rooftop access with a spot to crash and smoke. balcony for smoking. also, cat! in the alley of the porn shop where you shake down River's informant. across the street from Petrel St fast travel. take fire escape stairs to second floor. ladder to roof at top of stairs.
features: control tv from couch, coffee, stash (in guitar corner), play guitar, shower, mirror, sleep
no known issues other than a shadow around the building i'm trying to fix. you may find missing collision near the building - let me know if you do.
