Perfect Vanilla - Cyberware Attack Speed Fix

I have fixed a series of functional mods with the goal of helping them integrate into the vanilla game more seamlessly and with fewer errors.

What this mod does: 

In-game, Cyberware and fists are not affected by attack speed skills, even though they are also melee attacks. There is a mod that fixes this issue, allowing Cyberware and fists to benefit from attack speed bonuses, as well as suffering the speed penalty when stamina is depleted.

However, the original Cyberware Attack Speed Fix has a bug: when stamina is depleted, fist attack speed is reduced to 0. 6x. This can cause the tutorial section to get stuck. What this mod does is: when stamina is depleted, it checks whether the player is using Cyberware or fists. If so, the penalty is calculated at 0. 8x attack speed. If not, it applies the 0. 6x penalty like other weapons. This should resolve the tutorial getting stuck, while still retaining the attack speed penalty, allowing it to integrate better into the vanilla game

What are its advantages? It is simpler and does less.

What are its disadvantages? It is incompatible with any mod that modifies Cyberware attack speed. You need to check whether you have any such mod installed.

I've already spent dozens of hours on this modification, with countless loads and battles. This proves it has no stability issues. If you experience problems, it may be because you have other mods that modify attack speed. In that case, please uninstall this mod.

Regarding permissions:

The original mod 'Bug Fix - Base Fists and Arm Cyberware Attack Speed Fix' allows any modifications to his mod. My mod requires 'Bug Fix - Base Fists and Arm Cyberware Attack Speed Fix' as a prerequisite.
