Increases the damage of Ozob's nose to bring it in line with a tier 5+ frag grenade.
Ozob's Nose is an Iconic grenade that comes at a base tier 5, and can't be upgraded. Your regular frag grenades can go past tier 5, allowing them to beat out Ozob's Nose for damage. That just ain't right.
The base version of the mod increases the damage of Ozob's Nose to bring it more-or-less in line with a tier 5+ frag grenade.
Honk Honk Edition increases the damage to around 1. 5x a tier 5+ frag grenade. Not balanced. Just silly. You're throwing a clown nose at people. Why not?
