So I edit data of Order's EMP blast. High risk must have high return
- Now EMP blast is bolt in system. It's mean if you use it, you can get bolt's effect
- Slightly reinforced Order's damege stat(x1. 2)
- Significantly strengthens EMP Blast, a factor that sets it apart from Satara
Electric damage x5 -> Electric damage x15+ Thermal damage x5
Range 3 -> 6
(It is return of long charge time and strong recoil)
