This is based on the video below; they also have a settings table towards the end, with the only difference being that they have mirror quality set to medium. They didn’t report any performance improvements, and I didn’t see any myself, so I kept it on high.
Ultra versus recommended settings gave a 35% performance gain and little visual impact. I would also recommend some sort of upscaling I’m using Intel’s because my card isn’t capable of DLSS.
