Officer Kiira Hannah NPV

While digging through Cyberpunk 2077's NPC files, I stumbled across a character named _q003_intro_officer_hannah.

The q003 designation appears to connect her to The Pickup quest, though her exact role remains unknown. She may have been cut from that mission, maybe because she looks like Sandra Dorsett. But who knows?

Either way, I like her look. So I gave her a first name, a hairstyle, imagined a backstory, and asked the incredibly talented BONeill to turn her into an NPV.

The result is Officer Kiira Hannah — now fully available for Photo Mode and AMM.

Whether she's patrolling Night City, investigating a crime scene, or getting involved in things an NCPD officer probably shouldn't be involved in, Kiira is ready for whatever story you want to tell.

Kiira comes with several outfit variants and plenty of empty DIY ACM slots. Keep her in uniform, put her undercover, or dress her in whatever you’d like.
