"Just not in my hand!!" -- Lucy Thackery, about 10 seconds too late.
During the gig Hippocratic Oath, V has the option to help Lucy Thackery save an injured Maelstrom member by injecting him with synth blood. The game tries to create the tension of operating under pressure, by having Lucy exclaim and pull her hand away from the patient's chest, right as V stabs the air-hypo down. The only problem is, she actually says this way too late, after the patient has been injected, and she's already standing on the other side of the room.
This is a minor fix to the timing of the scene, so Lucy says her line as she pulls her hand away, which was clearly originally intended.
