No Street Cred from NCPD Scanner Hustles

Okay look, listen. Imagine this scenario: You started a new playthrough. Finished the Prologue and The Heist. V is level 5 SC already. Then before or after speaking with Takemura, you finish every NCPD scanner hustles. V is probably max or closer SC level. Without doing any main story content, side job etc. V already became a NC legend because of how unbalanced hustles are. Now, you actually need to complete quests, gigs and hunt gang members in order to reach the legend status. SC now works as a true reputation system.

No Street Cred from Minor Quests

Only affects SC experience given from NCPD hustles, everything else is untouched. It will not affect; eddies, normal level xp, SC granted from other sources or loot in any way.

Installation instructions:

Put it in your installation folder just like any other CET mod.
