No More (almost) Photomode Restrictions

This is a small codeware script that removes the in-game restriction on the use of the photomode in certain areas. The idea for this mod came about after I encountered some strange behaviour in the game due to an installed lut switcher while doing the side quest "They Won't Go When I Go". A very big thank you to psiberx, who practically wrote this script. Also CyanideX, robber804, manually wheezed WETOSWBWAES and others who helped me to figure it out. :)

Limitations:

so far this mod can only remove GameplayRestriction. NoPhotoMode from the .streamingsector files, but CDPR has stuffed these restrictions into the .scene and other files, and I suspect they've hidden them in some other way, so at the moment it does work in the side quest mentioned above, but it probably doesn't work in any of the Phantom Liberty missions.

I hope to find out in the next year or so :D
