Unzip the file to your radioEXT folder, path should be something like:

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\radioExt

As of now, there is no custom icon, and the radio may be a little on the loud side; I recommend turning the radioport volume down for now.
