As for #2, it can be handled by turning the preset on and off, but it is less troublesome to clear it.

Lift access to garage 2nd floor and garage roof top

All vending machines in the garage can be used.

Sit Anywhere MOD is required to sit on the sofa

The fact that the inside and outside views can be seen from inside the garage and from the access road is due to the daring choice of materials with those characteristics, not a bug or defect.

I personally install more radios for sound effects.

If you find it too noisy, please remove it.

Some of the radio body is embedded almost invisibly, but this is intentional and not a bug or malfunction.

In a personal PC environment, vehicles parked on the 2nd floor may drop because of the time it takes to load presets when starting data.

If parked on the first floor, it will not fall.

Confirmed that vehicle does not despawn when returning to default Judy apartment

Confirmed that NPCs and NPC vehicles do not interfere

Confirmed that vehicles parked in the garage do not despawn while driving on the access route.

Confirmed that you can be confined to your garage when in combat with the NCPD.

However, MAXTAC is not confirmed.

Confirmed that buffs are granted with food and beverages purchased from the installed vending machines.

Confirmed that the vehicle being driven does not get popped when leaving and returning from the garage with the preset turned on.
