This mod is an homage to Neotokyo, one of the most intricate and well-crafted HL2 mod ever made.

Being my earliest exposure to the cyberpunk genre, Neotokyo was released 11 years ago in 2009, when I was 17 years old. I did not come from a well-off family and barely got to play it, but what little hours I had was cherished to this day. I compiled several tactical gears and cyberware to build a loadout as close as possible to this NSF (GROUP SIX) recon character, as you can see in the album cover below:

The Ministry of National Security Forces (NSF) formed the GROUP SIX team in 2038 to protect Japan against the threat of a second coup attempt by JINRAI, a rogue faction in the Japanese special forces bent on restoring Japan's imperialist policy. Being in the recon unit, their strength lies in stealth, speed, and violence of action. They are equipped with thermal camo (stand-still invisibility), nightvision, a remote-detonated explosive charge, move the fastest, and jump the highest and furthest. In that light, I compiled a collection of gear that suits the above description best.

INSTALLATION

• []Extract all files to "...\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\patch ...\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod". If the mod folder does not exist, create it.

  HOW TO USE

  For the best experience, I recommend you to equip the full set. I plan to expand this with more gear for the head, so in the future you will have more options to choose from.

  You can use my .lua script inside, command: dofile "NSFrecon.lua". It should load all the clothes required into your inventory. If the .lua script doesn't work, you can use the console commands below:

  • []Use the following console commands to get the clothing items you require:

    Game. AddToInventory('Items. Q005_Johnny_Glasses',1) --optional, if you prefer long hair and don't like clipping.

    Game. AddToInventory("Items. Mask_02_old_01",1)

    Game. AddToInventory("Items. Q005_Johnny_Shirt",1)
