NDO introduces extreme difficulty modifiers that let you fine-tune your Cyberpunk 2077 experience, from realism-focused combat to punishing survival challenges.

  ONE HP CHALLENGE: Permanently sets your health to 1. One hit = death.

  NO SAVING: Disables all manual and autosaves after activation.

  REAL-TIME DEATH TIMER: 6 hours of real-world time = permadeath.

  IN-GAME TIMER: 504 hours (21 days) = permadeath with health deterioration.
