Isn't it counter-intuitive to burst on aim? NDI Osprey now burst when CHARGED both in hip and ADS!

Got this idea from some comment in my previous mod.

I know many of you would agree that burst fire on aim is counter-intuitive, especially when it fires ANTI-MATERIAL ROUNDS.

So I tinkered NDI Osprey. Now it fires burst when charged. Unfortunately, full auto is not possible this case.

Also, I modifed condition of headshot damage buff from on hip to on aim. Corresponding change on flavor text is provided in EN and KR.
