It's not 1980, police scanners are no longer just vehicle items... in 2077 it's on a chip, in your brain!
v0. 2. 0 introduces a CET Configuration which allows you to set up your ncpd_radio based on whether you're on foot or in a vehicle.
The settings are: Always Off, Always On, Heat 2+, Heat 3+, Heat 4+, Heat 5.
And there is a global setting for Resume to normal duties, which will work if you have not turned the radio off.
These settings are stored in your save game; allowing you to have different settings based on your V's personality for that playthrough.
