Yeah. Not anymore.

What this does

Turns NCPD, prevention police, and MaxTac into what they were always meant to be: lootable consequences.

(For legal reasons: consequences in-game. Don’t try this at home. Try it in Night City.)

• []Adds a balanced loot table: LootTables. NCPD_FullLoot (2–5 item rolls)

  []Loot includes money, crafting materials, junk, ammo, plus small chances for meds & grenades

  []Very rare chances for base-game cop clothing pieces

  []Patches police/MaxTac Character_Record entries so bodies actually drop stuff (money/ammo/controlled loot + weapon drops where allowed)

  Requirements

    Installation (Classic / non-REDmod)

    • []Download and extract

      []Copy the included r6 folder into your Cyberpunk 2077 install directory

      []Final path: Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks\ncpd_full_loot.yaml

      Uninstall

      Delete: r6\tweaks\ncpd_full_loot.yaml

      Compatibility

      This mod edits multiple Character. police/MaxTac records. Mods that touch the same fields (lootDrop, dropsMoneyOnDeath, dropsAmmoOnDeathChance, dropsWeaponOnDeath, etc.) may overwrite each other.

      If something “wins,” try loading this tweak later (often as simple as renaming the file to start with zzz_).

      District-specific police records

      If your setup uses district-specific IDs (e.g. Character.kab_ncpd_), duplicate a patch block in the YAML and replace the record ID(s).

      Tested on

      Cyberpunk 2077 v2. 3 (may also work on later versions unless those records change)
