My Car My Radio

Description

MyCarMyRadio is a minimal CET mod that remembers the last selected radio station for each player-owned vehicle.

Every car in your garage can have its own personal radio station. When you enter a vehicle, the mod automatically restores the station you used last in that specific car.

Supports both vanilla Cyberpunk 2077 radio stations and RadioExt custom stations.

It always bothered me that I had to select my custom radio station again every time I reloaded or restarted the game while driving my modded cars.

I do not know if a mod like this already exists, but here it is. It will not be useful for everyone, but maybe a few people will appreciate it. ;)

I want to keep this mod as simple as possible. It does not fix any bugs related to the game’s sound system. It only saves the currently selected radio station while you are inside a vehicle, links it to that specific vehicle, and automatically selects it again whenever you enter that same vehicle. Those records are stored in a json file in your mod folder. So this works even cross-save.

Installation instructions
