This mod removes all spoken voices in ads from TVs. Not those giant billboards downtown, for instance. They're fairly uncommon and not as loud.
Made this for myself as the constant screaming drove me nuts. CHROMANTICORE. MR WHITEY HERE. SOJASTIL MACHISTADORRRRRRRRR
The reason I left the music alone is purely for immersion, you'll notice it's not very annoying with the voices removed. I hope you all enjoy this!
