This mod mutes the Focus perk's time dilation chime exit sound effect. (time_dilation_focused_exit)

- You can also remove the visual effect with Seijax's Focus Vignette Removal

- Full Mute: Also mutes the time dilation enter 'woosh' sound effect. (time_dilation_focused_enter)
