Mod standard is about half a minute. I personally prefer "Version 100" which increases the recovery time as much as possible to +90s. So you have to recover yourself :)
New "Faster Punk" version: reduces recovery times for all axe and knives! Slightly longer recovery times than the earlier "faster" version to fix Punknives and Claw axes!
New "Fastest No Punk" version: maximum recovery time reduction for MOST axe and knives! Excluding the Punknife (remains at vanilla 1. 4s) and the Claw axe (5. 6s)!

This should be compatible with any weapon replacer mod and stay compatible with the game as long as the dependencies are kept up to date by their respective mod authors. This mod 100% works without Phantom Liberty if you delete all PL weapon references in the file. This will not work with standalone weapon mods out of the box but you can easily add them yourself.
