The guitar, coffee maker, and one whiskey spot are all located inside the H10 apartment, the lean spot is between the elevator and the stairs in front of the apartment, the second whiskey spot and the yakitori spot are at the food stalls near the gym & the couch / sitting interaction is inside the shooting range in Wilson's store. Made using NIF, for the vanilla apartment. Mods that change the apartment may have clipping / incompatibility issues. You can link the h10 mod you are using in a post and request a compatibility patch, and I'll see what I can do!
