Monowire Perk Tree 2.0

OVERVIEW

Monowire Perk Tree 2. 0 is a complete redesign of the original mod.

The original version suffered from several major issues, including effects activating from unrelated damage sources and an excessive reliance on EMP effects. Version 2. 0 rebuilds the perk tree around the Monowire's identity as both a netrunning support weapon and a monomolecular cutting tool.

Monowire attacks can now apply a unique debuff called Monofilament Breach. Build your character around spreading the debuff, gaining defensive bonuses, enabling earlier Finishers, regenerating RAM, and cycling Overclock more efficiently.

  Unlike the original version, perk effects are triggered only by valid Monowire attacks. Equipping a Monowire will no longer allow grenades, firearms, quickhacks, or other unrelated damage sources to activate its offensive effects.

  The tree begins with Monofilament Breach at Intelligence 9.
