📋 About This Mod
Money On Kill - Get Paid for Every Kill:
Night City is full of targets. This mod makes every one of them worth your time.
Money On Kill adds a simple rule: if you kill someone, you get paid. No need for gigs, fixers, or scanner missions. Kill and make a profit.
Other recommended mods to increase the life of the city: Night City Alive + They Will Remember + NCPD Prevention Police Enhancement
Important Updates Added in Version v0. 1. 2 :
- Set negative payouts to be fined for killing NPC types.
- ex. Setting "Civilians" to -100 would subtract 100 eddies from your bank account every time you killed a civilian.
- Fixed a bug where NPCs killing each other would still payout eddies as if the player killed them.
- Added a debug toggle to the CET UI menu to log what the mod is doing under the hood. (disabled by default).
World Impact:
The standard economy in Night City can feel repetitive. Needing to farm jobs to make money.
This mod is for people who want the freedom to make a living in the streets of Night City on their own.
Want to explore and fight on your own terms? Now you can profit doing just that.
Random street skirmishes, Cyberpsycho killing spree, NCPD showdowns, they all contribute.
Make money your way. Good or evil.
All configurable in the init.lua file.
Payouts & Fines (configurable):
Default Base Payouts:
- Civilians: +100 eddies
- Enemies / Gangers: +300 eddies
- NCPD / MaxTac: +600 eddies
Straightforward rewards so every encounter matters.
Want a more hardcore world? Being a criminal too lucrative?
Set negative payouts to introduce fines for killing unlawfully.
All settings are instantly configurable in-game with the mod's CET UI window.
What This Mod Changes:
The world stops being filler. You can explore, fight, and hustle without needing scripted jobs to get by.
Why It Works:
Cyberpunk’s economy pushes you toward mission farming. This mod fixes that.
Money On Kill turns open-world combat into a proper income source, letting you fund upgrades and weapons by actually roaming the world, not chasing objective icons.
Great for No HUD roaming.
