Minigun

A Minigun with a 250 round mag and a custom suppressor. Yes you read that correctly, a suppressor. You ask why, I ask why not. Stats can be changed in the yaml file very easily. This minigun is based on the MA70 LMG so it functions like a normal weapon and not like the HMG. Speaking of the HMG, I added it's movement penalties to this weapon, but there's also a version that doesn't have those movement penalties. I also added a charging handle because I couldn't get rid of the animation. Some Militech elites will also carry a rare version.

You need Trigger Mode Control to fix the non-existent suppressor sound

BUGS:

-The glowing barrel effect will stop working if you switch weapons. It will work again if you unequip the minigun, go back into the game and then re-equip it

-The melee animation looks janky
