Takes the Black NUSA Achilles, and turns it into a slower charging sniper rifle type weapon.
The predecessor of the NUSA Achilles, this prototype was uncovered in the Cynosure facility, and was quickly disregarded as it was too "dangerous".
A slower charging rifle with 4 in the mag, does a lot of damage to make up for the slower charge time and smaller mag.
