Mercedes-Benz 300 SL - Handling and Performance Tune

What does it do?

This is a tune for the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL mod by SDH0.

It will increase power and adjust sound, shift timing, weight distribution, height, spring&damper rates, tire grip and more for a more dynamic and satisfying driving experience.

This also turns off vanilla driving helpers for this car, similar to ABS (CDPR calls it "brakemagic") and ESC (pulls cars straight after a slide), to allow for more skillful driving.

This is made after months of research and testing - fine tuned for each car individually - with irl racing and tuning experience!

Goal is the handling of games like Dirt Rally/Forza with cars feeling unique and realistic.

- Dynamic Downforce

- Dynamic Gravity

This mod combo provides you with more control and will make you able to grip and slide in more realistic ways.

For on- and offroad racing, drifting and relaxed cruising through the city!

Driveable with keyboard like before but now you will get more out of using a controller.

Other mod recommendations

- Car Modification Shop (CMS), to tune all your vehicles ingame - strongly recommended!

- Advanced Driving Controls for keyboard drivers: limits normal throttle/brake key to ~50% and allows for 100% with Shift/Ctrl!

- Speedometer Fixes if you care how fast youre actually going.
