Extract the content to your Cyberpunk 2077 game folder.
Best used with AMM (Appearance Menu Mod), within which use the Spawn tab for Melisa Rory who can be found in the NCPD category. Once spawned, look at or target the character and use the AMM scan tab to look for the cyberpsycho appearance preset.
To uninstall, delete the Melisa Rory.archive from the archive/pc/mod folder in your Cyberpunk game folder, and remove the melisa.lua file in your game folder subfolder: bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod\Collabs\Custom Appearances.
