Autosave right before the last game scene in V's home where Judy is the picked romance option. This is done using console cheats since Male V shouldn't be able to have Judy as romance. Strange things occur when trying to kiss or hug her, and some voice lines use female voice (oddly most lines keep the male voice).
Keep in mind you need to select the end where V keeps his body and doesn't hand it to Johnny
PS: the item stash in my home base has lots of iconic stuff and even has a duplicate of skippy. Also most quests have been completed, secret ending has been unlocked and there is every vehicle available (even the red Shion Coyote and an unobtainable Kusanagi with the wrong icon in the menu). Can get up to 10k armor and has the most powerful weapons in the game (can 1-shot bosses with Katana). This is not even my best save (my main one had female V).
