Adds eyeshadow to Makeup 16 and keeps the eyeliner black.
I loved the look of makeup option 16 but I would have loved for it to have remained a black eyeliner with coloured eyeshadow. So I made it happen. Some of the colours (specifically the shiny ones) look a little wonky but I have no clue how to fix that so uh. Sorry?
Install via mod manager or extract to your cyberpunk folder.
Hopefully I uploaded the correct zip this time
