Can't fall asleep without the sounds of gunfire? Don't want to slum it just because you're in D-Town?
Then this joint is just right for you!
Personal hobby project by a non-modder (me), please don't expect functioning beds or showers, the toilet does flush tho.
Deemed safe but built out of bounds, you might fall to your death if you save/load your game on the balcony or bedroom.
Mostly for RP and taking a break from the grime of Doggo Town.
You will need to use "teleport to location" unless you have a working "let there be flight" or other means of flying.
As the topic came up- it does have computers and a working stash, just none of the complex interaction stuff until someone smarter than me makes that a thing.
Always tweaking stuff but figured might as well share and let you have at it, make it your own.
Requires AMM.
