make sure you have Appearance Change Unlocker installed correctly, using Save Editors will NOT work at least as far as I know
then simply drop the preset in ... Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-presets\female
and load the preset via mirror / ripperdoc - enjoy!
