Hi! This mod is included in this series called "Low-End Series" which is a series of mods dedicated to adding performance for low-end machines.
I started it for my personal use but I decided to share it and expand it.

Are you that desperate wanting to sacrifice crowd and traffic for performance?
But don't want 2D crowd and traffic? (btw it's one of the mods from Low End Series)
Why 2D them if you can Low Poly them!
This mod makes the reference draw distance of entities to 1/2 of it's values.
But the nearby (approx. 2-5meters) NPCs and Vehicles will render at it's best.
Not compatible with my other LOD Mods.
