Hi! This mod is included in this series called "Low-End Series" which is a series of mods dedicated to adding performance for low-end machines.
I started it for my personal use but I decided to share it and expand it.
2D Traffic and Crowds
Are you that desperate wanting to sacrifice by disabling ( btw you can't) crowd and traffic for performance?
Why disable them if you can turn them into 2D entities!
This mod turns generated pedestrians and vehicles into 2D renders with full viewing angles supported.
