📋 About This Mod
Removes traffic and most civilians from world, giving Night City abandoned vibes.
A user.ini i made for myself using config from two other mods but decided post, maybe someone will need that.
Basically a combination of Remove traffic - FPS boost for CPU bottleneck and Disabled crowd (Both come with their own user.ini files, but game can only use one at a time, so you had to paste it manually to combine.)
Completely removes traffic and most regular civilians from the world, yet police and hostile NPCs remain.
Good for players who have performance issues or bad draw distance - where cars or NPCs pop up right in front of you, or for anyone who just want to get rid of them for some reason.
If you already created/downloaded user.ini.
Paste this in config:StopSpawn = true
Enabled = false
EnablePedestrians = false
