To use this, download and unpack the .zip file to %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077
You only need to copy the folder of the save file you actually intend to use, the others are not necessary.
This save file plays right after the game's prologue, before going to sleep for the first time. The only differences are:
