mod removes 2 locked doors (+3 proxy meshes) where i made 2 more rooms in unused space inside this residence.
if you are on older game versions (or do not have PL dlc installed) doors may not be removed
tested it with mission when you first meet Kerry - everything was fine on my end, you can install it at any time, i guess
when you progress with his quests you can unlock this place as an apartment. then shower and mirror interactions will be available

-sit at the bar (smoke and drink)
-lean (smoke)
-meditation spots
-sitting spots
to turn TV OFF sit at chair for the control option
