Lipstick Overhaul

Lipstick Overhaul is a mod that replaces all 20 Lipstick shapes with new, arguably more interesting shapes and styles.

Currently this only supports the standard lipstick style, but is planned to be supported for glossy and matte at a later date.

Because of this mod replacing all lipstick shapes it will effect non-playable characters (NPC's) as well. Some key characters like Misty might have one of these lipsticks. I personally do not mind this, as lipstick is something people change on a daily basis and do not just always use the same look. I shall call this, immersive.

All of the shapes are based on the default lipstick style 03, which was my personal favorite. Meaning they are not that opaque or in other words are not as transparent as some of the other default lipsticks.

TECHNICAL INFO

This mod adds a custom roughness texture, normal map (and later a metalness texture) to add a better light reaction and specularity to the lips. In character creation you can see as you turn your character how light and shadow react to the lips a little bit better and how the lips are more reflective.

This does not effect default lips (non lipstick) in any major way. So if you want to use something like Kala's No More Lipgloss it should, to the best of my knowledge work just fine.

KNOWN ISSUE I PLAN TO FIX

Because of the way that CDPR has created lipsticks, it resulted in me making this mod as an overhaul. One of the prime examples of how dumb the default lipsticks are is the following;

(This is still an issue with 1. 0, but I plan to address this once I do glossy and matte options)

Choosing certain lipstick shapes revert to other shapes when you turn it glossy or matte. This is something I plan to address with this mod later when I tackle glossy and matte, but this is just one of the technical examples that I came across and have fixed or will fix.

Because of this, you might find some random NPC's wearing the most weirdest lisptick combinations.

INSTALLATION

This mod is REDmod compatible and as such should be installed just like any other REDmod mod.

Option 1 (REDMod):

Unpack the .zip archive and drop the "LipstickOverhaul" folder into ...Cyberpunk 2077\mods folder

Option 2 (Non-REDMod): 

Unpack the .zip archive, navigate to "mods/LipstickOverhaul/archive
