Liberty Pistols Buff and Custom Pistols Tweaks

I present to you the SG-09R from Resident Evil 4: 

It now comes with +40% armour penetration and a new sound.

You will never want to play the "Kongou" Liberty variant ever again.

There exist much better variants for the Liberty Pistol anyways.

But to honour it´s legacy, instead of the original mod I kept the same fire rate,

only increased it a tiny bit for better trigger response.

I fixed the overpowered Pride Pistol in this one:

Hop off the Kongou and use the SG09R:
