New optional radio addon that lets the player listen to music while lounging on the patio furniture.  

Version 1a addresses that one of the dependant prop packs was marked hidden by author. Check new dependencies

Important Notes

Note that Path Tracing can be turned ON and OFF with no issues and without a game restart, so there is little reason not to turn it on in low complexity environs like the badlands and interiors if you have at least a midrange PC.  The lighting of Path Tracing shines in natural environments, but destroys your frame rate in Night City.  If you have a older PC please use a previous version (2. 31e)

Edits have been included that fixes a water seam in the lake that is not noticeable with vanilla, but with Preem Water it is very apparent.  This addon also gets rid of more trash in the area.

Lakeview Cottage Retreat has minor ArchiveXL issues with swapping out far LOD low rez models during the Pyramid Song quest as shown in one of the included screenshots BUT this ONLY happens when the quest is in progress. Save and reload fixed these issues and there nothing I can do to fix this (this happens with other mods too). It won't harm your game or saves.

If you don't plan to romance Judy, this mod should have no LOD issues

The door to the cottage is LOCKED in vanilla until you start the Judy romance quest Pyramid Song. If you don't plan on romancing Judy, use the Open Sesame Mod to open the door:

What this mod is:

This is a Lakeside Laguna Bay house mod with full Native Interactions support and doesn't interfere with Judy's Pyramid Song side quest. It completely cleans up the entire area and is quite scenic.  Personally I think the vanilla Laguna Bay cottage fits the Pyramid Song quest better but it still works well with this mod.

It also has appropriate collision, and fairly complex shadow casting lighting BUT because they interact with the vanilla lighting in some areas the shadows may Z-fight with player positions.  It is as good as it can be, and if I was creating a building from scratch it wouldn't have any of these issues.

I role play this a secret retreat formerly owned by a very powerful Corpo, who eventually end up dead and his secret died with him/her.  Locals are afraid to come near because those that did ended up decorating the bottom of the bay.
