📋 About This Mod
This replaces the nude skin texture V uses with the vanilla one but with my edit of the Valentino tattoos. I had to edit the arms and chest to get them to work on the skin V uses so they are a bit different from the in game version.
Things to note:
-
[]This replaces the skin texture itself not an tattoo overlay, don't ask me to make it a tattoo overlay as I would if I could but it is not possible at least at the moment
[
]In game nudity censor cannot be on or body textures will not work but sleeves should still work[]Some NPC's that use the same body texture as V will also have these tattoos (no work around)
[]Your V will already have it as soon as you load up the game you don't have to select anything in character creation
[]You cant use any body tattoo overlays with it as they will overlap these ones
[]Feminine V body type you HAVE to select Nipple option 1 otherwise the breast area with have a different untattooed skin showing in the breast area
[]Masculine V body type you HAVE to have Nipples on or same issue as above
[]Modded arms like cyberware may cause the arm tattoos not to show up as some of them point to different NPC body textures I assume this is due to the current method of mesh swapping, vanilla cyberware should be fine
- Tattoo is split into arms & body separately so you can use just the body, just the sleeves or both

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 430 endorsements and over 20k downloads.
- Gives V a unique look with Valentino tattoos while keeping the vanilla skin base.
- Works for both masculine and feminine V, so it's versatile for any playthrough.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in March 2021 — may not be compatible with the latest Cyberpunk 2077 patches.
- Tattoos are edited to fit the skin, so they won't match the in-game Valentino tattoos exactly.
- Only affects the nude skin texture — if you use other skin mods, there could be conflicts.
For Cyberpunk 2077 players who want to give V a distinctive look with Valentino tattoos without overhauling the whole skin. Perfect for roleplayers who want their V to have a gang affiliation vibe. Skip if you're not interested in cosmetic skin changes or if you prefer lore-accurate tattoos.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to back up your original skin texture files before replacing them, so you can revert if needed.
- If you're using other skin texture mods, install this one last to avoid overwriting conflicts.
- Check the mod page for any compatibility notes with the latest game version, since it's from 2021.
