Kabuki Slums

I opened up some small rooftop shacks that were blocked off and made them useful, made an actual way up (knock the ladder down), and Nibbles! Your homegirl Judy also just got back from seeing the world, so V set up a guest shack for her. Has interactions for coffee, sleeping, sitting, leaning/smoking, dancing, shower, stash, change appearance from netrunner chair, meditate, has computers to buy cars.

KNOWN ISSUE: missing collisions on some rooftops across the street where an NCPD dispatch call is, I will fix this with an update and add some more small props to the mod location itself at some point soon.

I have done everything I have read to place my own fast travel point across the street, but I absolutely can't get it to show up on the map, if any mod authors who have experience with this would like to reach out and help a noob, that would be greatly appreciated! And I will update this to have the fast travel as soon as I figure out how to get it working properly.
