📋 About This Mod
The original version was intended primarily as a sort of Sci-Fi Vampire skin. I only included the cyber jaw as an option for people who had been asking me for it. However, I found that many people were still interested in my edited cyber jaw without vampiric features. On top of that, I also promised a Male version. So I remade the entire thing. I'll try to be as clear as possible because I most likely overcomplicated this trying to cover some of the requests I saw.
I recommend using either Kerry's Neck Cyberware or Takemura's Cyberware Pack to compliment the look, but you could also use a blackout neck tattoo for the black jaw I suppose. I've linked to the fem versions, but there are MascV and FemV versions for both.
Normal:
The Normal versions have no veins and a subtle black eye shadow with three colored jaws (black, red, and white). These should only have 4 complexions, with the fourth being the black jaw removing makeup aspects in case they're obstructive somehow. Complexion 5 should be vanilla. The Vampiric versions have red veins, red shading around the eyes, and reduced saturation around the lips with three colored jaws (black, red, and white). When compared to the original mod, the red shading is more subtle and there are now veins on the eyelids. These have 5 complexions.
The jaws are a part of the skin type/complexion and are not featured on every skin type. If you're not seeing it, you need to change your skin type.
The Pale Skin options all require Unique V for the UV versions or VTK for the VTK versions. These mods aren't required for the vanilla skin tones, but the Vampiric options come with torso veins. If you want those to show up, you'll still need UV or VTK.
*If you're using a pale version and the body is working, but the character has dark arms, try using Kala's Albino skin. It's linked below in the credits.
Credits:
Immeasurable praise to Kala, as this would not have been possible for me without her work. Her Albino skins were used as the foundation for the pale versions, then her Fresh Skin and Liam's Skin for the vanilla tones. Assets from her original Cyber Jaw skin were used alongside the veins from her Ill Skin resource.
Thanks to xBaebsae, as they created VTK and VTK conversion of Albino, allowing for a VTK version of that to exist.
Alternate Version:
Obscene911 created a version of the jaw that acts as a tattoo rather than a skin complexion, allowing you to use whatever skin complexion you want with the jaw. If you're not interested in the Vampire skin, I highly recommend checking it out here.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid download count (24,660) shows real interest in the vampire complexions.
- 302 endorsements from a niche appearance mod — the community digs it.
- Author kept it available despite the outdated jaw part, so vampire fans can still grab it.
⚠️ Cons
- Jaw paint is outdated — might not match current game assets or textures.
- Last updated in October 2023 — could be stale if the game has patched since.
For players who want extra vampire skin options for their characters. If you're after jaw paint specifically, you might be disappointed since it's outdated. Skip if you want modern, fully supported appearance mods.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Check if the mod requires a mod manager like Vortex or MO2 — manual install is just dropping files into the Data folder.
- Since the jaw part is outdated, test the vampire complexions first in character creation to see if they work with your current game version.
- If you're on PC, make sure your game is up to date — older mods can break after patches.
