Japantown Apartment Redesign - Studio Apartment

This mod redesigns the Japantown Apartment, converting it into a Studio Apartment. It seals off the "bedroom" portion of the apartment to create a single room, studio apartment. Replaces the dirty carpet with a clean hardwood floor, replaces the sectional with a custom bed (That does NOT allow you to sleep in it currently.) and healthy smattering of the new SmartFrames hung around, a handmade terrarium, as well as several other new decorations. (Including a sleeping Cat :D)

I want to give FAIR WARNING:

This mod was designed solely with personal usage in mind, and as such includes some issues you and/or the average user will likely find extremely irritating or undesirable. For example this mod cuts off the bedroom portion of the apartment, so aside from making a small apartment even smaller, you will not be able to access the Gun Room or your Wardrobe (There is however a new custom Stash that you CAN access located next to the TV.) I also am giving fair warning that you cannot currently sleep in the custom placed bed, so you will not be able to properly utilize the sleep function in this apartment.

This is a very niche mod that has some quirks most people will find extremely undesirable and I just want to be upfront in letting that be known. I also will not be performing any fixes or adjustments, just simply uploading for anyone else who may like it as is. It comes as it is. You are absolutely free to make and upload any adjustments/improvements you see fit, I'm basically just throwing this out into the Nexus lol.

(Also it will occasionally crash when loading a save that was last saved while inside the apartment, but will reload if you try again)

Installation:

1) It will require ArchiveXL and is currently compatible made on the Version 2. 2 of Cyberpunk.

2) Extract the contents of the Zip into your Cyberpunk Directory

I'd like to give a HUGE shout of gratitude to "unthinkthis" who helped me out big time for both her Clean UP mods that clean up the Vanilla apartments, but also for helping teach me how Modding works with CP2077!
